Show all activities and events I have booked and shortlisted in one view. You have to jump between so many screens it's almost completely unusable. If this is the "improved" app, I'd have hated to see the old version. Hire some decent UX designers.

Helpful app, worked perfectly but why couldn't it include the drinks ordering so wouldn't need additional B serve app
Doesn't tell me what I need to know.
Unable to book activities. Called Butlins who said that alot of customers who have called are also having issues with the app too. Had to book activities over the phone in the end, (long) and app also doesn't provide you with a personal itinary of the activities you have chosen, what days and times on the app either. Pointless and a shame to see the majority of reviews are negative from other users.
Very misleading regarding I.D. for when booking in. As one of my guests drove all the way back home as he forgot his I.D. And when we booked in was told only the lead booking name had to book in and no one else. But in my confirmation text it states ALL quests needed I.D and the word all was in capitals like I've written it
Rubbish. I only downloaded it to see who was playing on a music weekend and it didn't even show that. Uninstalled after 5 mins.
Great app. Easy to use!
When the apps actually working its good! But it needs fixing as it logs you out and it's almost impossible to log back in even though you are typing passwords ect correctly! Had to uninstall 4 times and reset phone twice! We are going away with family next week and thankfully I've booked everyones activities we wanted to book but 3 separate accounts we've had trouble signing into! Needs to be fixed big time if this app is going to become a regular thing for butlins!!
Not letting me log in therefore I can't see any activities or book anything.
